Billing & refunds
Kriva is free during early access — there's nothing to refund yet. When we introduce a paid plan, Apple handles billing through the App Store and refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com, not us.
Your data — export and delete
Everything you need is inside the app under Profile → Privacy: export your logs as JSON, or wipe everything in one tap. If iCloud sync is on, the wipe removes the iCloud copy too. No "submit a request and wait 30 days." It was always yours.
